The front desk help was unbelievably friendly. Our bellhop's name was Sonny, who was extremely polite and quick to take what we needed up to our room. The minute you drive up to the valet parking for registration they are on you in a second. There is no catch to using your complimentary nights.

I have received specials in the mail and thought I would really check out the services and property. Anytime you gamble at Harrah's you will need to get your total rewards card to gamble. This is my 4th visit to the Casino, but my first time taking advantage of my complimentary nights. Additionally, the property boasts eight casual eateries (plus a Dunkin' Donuts Express), a Ruth's Chris Steak House and a buffet restaurant, where various international stations and a bar with offerings from the featured chef of the month are available. A variety of slot machines and more than 100 table games are offered here, including blackjack, roulette and craps.

Though travelers were impressed with the views, they say the real highlights of this Caesars-affiliated property are its superb service, on-site casino and delectable cuisine. Accommodations are equipped with minifridges and flat-screen TVs and feature views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Situated in Cherokee, North Carolina, on the Eastern Cherokee Reservation, Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort houses 1,108 guest rooms and suites.
